RinkDay supports independent figure skating coaches and the families they invite. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which device or browser you used.
Account And Product Help
Email support@rinkday.com for sign-in trouble, coach setup, family access, scheduling, messaging, balance records, or general product questions. Do not email your password, verification code, full payment-card details, or private skater notes.
If you can sign in, include the account email and a short description of the affected screen. You can also open RinkDay sign-in.
Privacy, Security, And Account Deletion
Use our account-deletion instructions for deletion requests. Privacy requests go to privacy@rinkday.com. Report a suspected security issue through our security page.
