We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect RinkDay accounts and information. Responsible reports help us investigate potential weaknesses.
How To Report
Email security@rinkday.com with a concise description, the affected URL or feature, reproduction steps, and the impact you observed. Do not access, change, retain, or share another person's information while investigating.
Account Safety
If you believe your own account has been compromised, contact support@rinkday.com. Never send a password, verification code, recovery token, or full payment-card details by email.
Program Boundaries
RinkDay does not currently operate a public bug-bounty program. A report does not authorize disruption, automated high-volume testing, social engineering, or access to data that is not yours.
