RinkDay account deletion
Request account deletion.
You can start a deletion request outside the app. Removing the RinkDay app from a device does not delete the associated account or records.
Start The Request
- Email privacy@rinkday.com from the address associated with your RinkDay account.
- Use the subject “RinkDay account deletion request” and identify the account email.
- Do not include your password, verification code, payment-card details, or private skater notes.
Verification And Scope
We may need to verify your identity and clarify whether the request covers a coach profile, family access, or another role. Information controlled by another authorized coach, guardian, or account owner may require coordination before it can be changed or removed.
What May Remain
We delete or de-identify account information within a reasonable period unless limited records must be kept for legal, security, billing, backup, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons. We will confirm the request and explain any applicable retention when processing it.
